A spritzy seasonal mocktail
Now that the holidays, with reunions with friends and family and the seemingly never-ending festivities, are over it is finally time to switch gears. We're eager for the recharge and reset of Dry(ish) January and looking for a way to socialize this month with a balanced, floaty feeling that allows us to enjoy ourselves without opting for alcohol as a default. Enter this cranberry ginger-lime spritz.
Step 1
To make the mocktail, fill a 16-oz glass halfway with ice.
This recipe serves 1 and takes about 3 minutes to make. But feel free to double or triple to make some extra to share with friends.
Step 2
Add 1/2 oz of lime juice, 1.5 oz of cranberry juice, a splash of vanilla extract.
Step 3
Snap in your Wims Ginger Lime Pocket-Tonic, and top it off with sparkling water.
For the ginger sparkling water, I used Nixie—you can use ginger sparkling water/ginger beer if you can’t find this. It’s just to top off, so look for a smaller or resealable container.
Step 4
Serve with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim of the glass—enjoy!
