Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie butter, sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, and cinnamon. Mix with a hand or stand mixer until smooth and fully blended.
Step 2
Pour in the coffee and mix again until silky and well incorporated.
Step 3
Pipe cookie butter around the rim of a shot glass. Dip the rim into crushed cookies to create a cookie-coated edge. Fill the glass with the cookie butter mixture.
Step 4
