A bright, herbaceous twist on a garden-inspired cocktail (or mocktail) that brings together layered aromatics, citrus, and a crisp botanical buzz. The Kitchen Garden balances the green lift of Wims with smooth agave notes and a burst of lemon—like sipping in a sunlit herb patch.
Step 1
In a shaker or mixing cup filled with ice, add 1 ½ oz tequila (or a zero-proof alternative like Almave Blanco) and 1 oz rosemary thyme simple syrup (we used Gris Gris Cocktail).
Step 2
Add the juice of a full lemon. Snap open the Wims Lemon Basil Pocket-Tonic™ and squeeze it into the mixture, letting the bright herbal notes layer into the blend.
Step 3
Secure the lid and shake until the outside feels icy cold. This chills the drink, blends the flavors, and adds a crisp, refreshing texture.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into your serving glass, top with soda water, and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig for a fragrant, garden-forward flair. Sip and settle into the green glow 🌿🍋
