Marinating the olives with Wims first helps further elevate the cocktail, bringing that same balanced buzz into every bite and making the garnish just as special as the drink itself. It’s elegant, savory, and perfect for cocktail hour without the alcohol.
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine olives, a splash of olive brine, and 1 Wims Unflavored Pocket-Tonic™. Let the olives marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator).
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2½ oz non-alcoholic gin or vodka alternative (for gin we like Ritual or Pentire, for vodka we like Seedlip), ½ oz non-alcoholic dry vermouth alternative (such as Roots Divino), and ½ oz olive brine if you like it extra dirty.
Step 3
Shake for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Finish with the Wims-marinated olives for the perfect savory sip.
