The Cherry Baby

A new favorite summer mocktail
A very cherry-infused spin on a Tom Collins, this refreshing nonalcoholic cocktail features a homemade cherry-sumac syrup. Imagine the best boozy, bubbly lemonade you ever tasted—minus the hangover.
Step 1
How to Make Cherry-Sumac Syrup
This syrup is the star of the show and it's really simple to make it! First, add ½ cup sugar, ½ cup unsweetened tart cherry juice, ¼ tsp sumac to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until it comes to a boil, then take it off the heat. Keep stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool, then store in a sealed jar or bottle in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
Step 2
Add your botanical beverage, lemon juice, and cherry-sumac syrup. Toss in a few ice cubes.
Step 3
Give it a good stir and top with your favorite club soda. Feeling extra? Drop in a cocktail cherry!
Step 4
Snap a Wims Lemon Basil and give it one last splash of soda. Now just let the vibes begin ☀️🍒🍹
