Buzzy Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream
A cozy fall classic with a mellow Wims twist
This spiced dessert captures everything you love about pumpkin pie: creamy texture, warm flavors, nostalgic comfort. Now imagine all of that in a cool, craveable scoop, with a gentle buzz from Wims and that silky-smooth magic.
Step 1
Start by mixing 1 cup of whole milk and 1/2 cup of heavy cream together. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then add 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 3 tbsp pumpkin purée. Whisk everything until smooth.
Step 2
Add 1 Wims Unflavored Pocket-Tonic™ for a smooth, flavorless blend and a gentle, relaxing buzz. Want more lift? Add a second. Just remember, with great power comes great chill!
Step 3
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We used the Ninja Creami for this recipe, but any ice cream maker works!
No ice cream maker? No problem!
Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and place it in the freezer. After 45 minutes, stir with a fork or whisk to break up any ice crystals. Continue freezing and stirring every 30 minutes for 2–3 hours, until the texture becomes creamy and scoopable.
Step 4
Serve immediately and top as you please. Whipped cream, crushed graham crackers or a drizzle of maple syrup, because everything’s better when it’s covered in fall goodies! 🍁😄
