Chill Cherry Sundae

A bright, juicy dessert with a hint of indulgence
After long summer days, this sundae is exactly what we crave: something cold, tart, creamy, and just a bit unexpected. This simple recipe leans on fresh cherries, a quick homemade sauce, and a few pantry staples to create something that feels both nostalgic and elevated. The secret? A drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of flaky salt, and a Wims twist!
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of fresh pitted cherries, 1/4 cup cane sugar, 1/4 cup water, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, the cherries soften, and the sauce slightly thickens.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a heatproof bowl and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, open your Unflavored Wims Pocket-Tonic™ and stir it into the cherry sauce. Set aside.
Make-Ahead Tip: The cherry sauce can be made up to 5 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let it come to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and consistency.
Step 3
