Tomato lovers, this one's for you. Bright, briny, and packed with umami, this refreshing nonalcoholic spritz is like a garden party in a glass. A splash of pepperoncini, pickle, and olive brine brings mouthwatering depth, while our Lemon Basil Pocket-Tonic™ ties everything together with a citrusy herbal kick.

Step 1

Prep Your Tomato Base

Grate 2–3 fresh tomatoes using a box grater and strain the mixture to separate the vibrant tomato juice from the solids. Don’t toss the pulp—it’s gold! Combine the solids with your gin and freeze to create a flavorful infused spirit that adds depth to your cocktail

Step 2

Make the Tomato Mix

To build your savory base, combine the strained tomato juice with 1 tbsp of sliced pepperoncini juice, 1 tbsp of pickle juice, and 1 tbsp of olive brine. Squeeze in the juice of 2 lemons and add a pinch of salt. Stir well and give it a taste — you can adjust the brine or acidity to suit your preference. Once everything is balanced and flavorful, store the mix in the fridge until you're ready to use it.

Step 3

Build Your Spritz

In a shaker or mixing glass, combine 2oz of tomato mix and 1oz of tomato gin. If using nonalcoholic spirit, shake well with ice for a cooler hit. If using real gin, stir gently to avoid bruising the botanicals.

Step 4

Top & Snap
